For Fully Insured and Self-Insured Plans, import the elections:

• Go to Conversion Management > Data Imports

• Select Import Type: Employee Benefits

• File format blank, template default

• Attach file

• Default Company (Select from list)

• Default Pay Group (Select from list)

• Import Key – select SSN or Employee # used in file
