Respecting choice reward limits for Consumer Marketing campaigns
The Aloha Cloud POS system respects the maximum number of choice rewards defined in the Consumer Marketing product and prevents the consumer from selecting more rewards on the check that the campaign allows. When the maximum number of rewards are met, all remaining rewards for the campaign are not available for selection.

Ensure the guest check to which to add loyalty rewards is active on the order entry screen.

Tap Pay to view the tender screen with payment options.

Tap Loyalty. The Loyalty screen appears.

Enter the phone number of the consumer, or scan the barcode, or swipe the card, and tap Done to view the loyalty rewards assigned to the customer.

Select the Loyalty Rewards tab. The rewards appear for each campaign.

Select up to the maximum number of rewards configured for each available campaign. Upon selection, the remaining rewards for the respective campaign become disabled.
Note: The restriction applies only to user-choice rewards listed under the Loyalty Rewards tab. This does not apply to auto-applied rewards at either the item or ticket level.

Tap Apply.
The system applies the selected loyalty rewards to the order ticket.
