Updating status handling logic to align with NCRID: ASM updated the status handling logic to align with the recent changes introduced by NCRID and eliminated the "Termination" and "Suspended" statuses which now maps to a single "Inactive" status. In response, ASM now sends an "Inactive" status to NCRID whenever an employee is marked as 'Terminated' or placed on a 'Leave of Absence' in ASM. Additionally, ASM no longer ingests status updates from NCRID. If a user’s status in NCRID changes to 'Active,' ASM will deny access and display an "Access Denied" screen. The user will regain access only after their status is updated to 'Active.' ASM now independently manages all employee status updates. (ASM-6973)
