CBO-5: We improved the manager user experience.
Managers can also:
- Review all invoices available in the application.
- Easily switch between reports and invoice entries to make corrections, if required.
- View reports with invoice items by ‘Category’ and ‘Vendor’ for all historical invoices.
- Filter data by ‘Date range’.
- Filter data by ‘Category’ and ‘Vendor’.
- Click an item to view additional details.
- View total invoice count and total invoice amount with graphical representation of change percentage.
- View ‘Invoice Total Amount by GL account’ and ‘Invoice Total Amount by Vendor’. They can interact with graphics in the report to view individual component details of each total.

CBO-17: Managers can now enter invoices. Pre-configuration of vendors, raw materials, and unit of measure is not required to enter their first and subsequent invoices. This enhancement provides interactive and pre-configured options that help managers to build invoice data.
Managers can also:
- Enter invoice date, delivery date, and delivery time.
- Add new vendors or select from an existing list of vendors.
- Add new vendor items for an existing vendor.
- Assign and receive units of vendor items, enter quantity purchased, and extended price.
- Accept, finalize, or revoke finalized invoices that requires modification.
- Review who modified the invoices.
- Review list of invoices, perform additional functions such as setting invoice status, search for a specific invoice ID, apply filters, and perform sorting.
- Process service of non-eatable items on an invoice by selecting predefined service categories (General Ledger account data) for further analysis of inventory and invoices.

CBO-55: Managers can now create entry for raw items and associate it with vendor items. The raw items are identified with a specific category (General Ledger account data) for further analysis of inventory and purchases.
Managers can also:
- Enter raw item details.
- Activate or deactivate raw items.
- Delete a raw item.
- Review who modified the raw item data.
- Assign category (General Ledger account data) to raw item.
- Review vendor items list mapped to a raw item.
- Review the raw items items and perform additional actions such as activating or deactivating a raw item, search for a specific raw item, applying filters, and perform sorting.

CBO-211: Managers can now interact with vendors regarding the purchased products and its price. They can view vendor’s contact information and quickly initiate an action (call or email), if required.
Managers can also:
- Enter vendor details.
- Activate or deactivate vendors.
- Review who modified the vendor data.
- Add vendor details to catalog. They can also assign receive units of vendor items, associate vendor items to a raw item and raw item category, and enter extended price.
- Review the vendor list and perform additional functions such as setting a vendor as active or inactive, search for a specific vendor, apply filters, and perform sorting.

CBO-2121: Managers can now upload vendor items in bulk to vendor’s catalog.
Managers can also:
- View the instructions of ‘How to fill CSV file’ for uploading vendor items.
- Download CSV template file to upload vendor items.
- Download system defined lists for container options, industry units, and category options.
- Review errors identified during upload and download of invalid records. They can also quickly modify and upload again.

- A new Site Settings page provides Administrators with a comprehensive view of settings and attributes for a selected site.

CBO-1579: Administrators can now define days parts for a site by specifying a name, description, start/end times, and applicable day of the week.

- CBO-2672: Managers can now view key metrics by Revenue Center and Day Part in the Revenue Center Report. Metrics include transaction amounts and counts as well as per-person and transaction averages.

- CBO-53: Managers can now configure to which sites a notification pertains.
- CBO-505: Administrators can now edit payroll calendar configuration, while managers can view the payroll calendar, but not edit it. Additionally, the fiscal calendar now has a preview available and you can create 25 years of seamless fiscal calendar data automatically, thus eliminating the need to define individual years.

- CBO-5: Managers can now access full invoice history reports and review summarized and detailed data by categories and vendors.
- CBO-17: Managers can now sort and filter the invoice items grid across all pages and receive alerts for conflicting actions and data.

- CBO-2: Restaurant managers can view the initial design structure for the Starter landing page, which provides visual indications of the page layout. Future releases will add functionality to display critical metrics for managers.
- CBO-505: Administrators/restaurant owners can now define the company fiscal and payroll calendars. Once entered, the calendars drive inventory, payroll, and accounting processes and allow managers and other report users to run reports based on time periods that align with business activity.

- CBO-17: Managers can now add item details to an invoice. The Invoice Item Details grid styling is enhanced to provide a quicker and simpler experience when entering an invoice.
- CBO-55: Administrators/restaurant owners can now activate and inactivate raw items for the current date and time.
- CBO-211: New tooltips are available to help managers and administrators through the vendor and vendor item creation process. Managers and administrators can add, edit, and view 'Receive Unit' fields during this process.

- CBO-2172: When completing the employee registration flow, employees can now add their liquor certification and other certifications required by the restaurant.
- CBO-2173: Managers can now access and maintain their employees' information as part of the onboarding process.

- CBO-1342: Added fair workweek capabilities to wage calculation and schedule validation services for Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago, and Oregon.
Scheduling
- CBO-13: Managers can now edit a scheduled shift, and Aloha Smart Manager ensures the entry of correct start and end times. In addition, we made several improvements to the user interface and experience based on feedback we received.
