You have the option to manually create a backup of your Aloha Takeout SQL database at any time using SQL Management Studio Express. You must first stop the Radiant Takeout and Delivery services.

To stop the Radiant Takeout and Delivery service:

• In the Windows operating system, select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
  
• Select Radiant Takeout and Delivery and click Stop.
• Continue to "Creating a manual backup."
