As part of the bag manifests feature, Aloha Takeout allows you to add sundries. Sundries are items like plastic ware, salt and pepper, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and other items you provide to your customers to enjoy their meal. You can associate food items with sundries and have those sundries automatically print on bag manifests, which enables your employees to know which sundry items to include with an order. Additionally, Aloha Takeout includes a sundry substitution enhancement. You can configure a sundry item to consolidate into a larger item when it meets configured numeric thresholds. For example, instead of sending fifty plastic spoons, you can configure the system to send a box of plastic spoons.
