Editing the promised date or time of a future order
SCENARIO: A customer scheduled a future order for Thursday at 12:00 noon and now wants to change the order to Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Note: To edit the promised date or time of a recurring order, touch 'Edit Recurrence.'
- Touch Future on the navigation bar to access the Future screen.
- Find and select the order. See "Finding a Future Order."
- Touch Edit Delay on the right side of the screen. The Delayed Order Information screen appears.
- Use the right and left arrows to move to and select the desired date.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the promise time and prep time, if necessary.
- Touch the desired order mode.
