Testing the Aloha Takeout and Digital Ordering connection
To test the connection between Aloha Takeout and Digital Ordering, you must remove the site from 'Demo Mode' in Web Admin. To do this, open a support ticket with support@alohaenterprise.com. Once the store has been takeout out of 'Demo Mode,' navigate to Web Admin to Configuration > Site Setup > Sites > Test Site.
If the store appears green and contains no errors, your Aloha Takeout configuration is correct and complete. Place an order to the store in Web Admin, navigate to Order Management > Start Order to launch the classic Aloha Online Ordering site. Confirm the order releases to the kitchen video screens and printers (where configured), and appears on the POS with payment information.
