On the ticket details page, the second tab will allow you to view updates about a ticket. These updates are termed Remarks, Notes, or Comments depending on the source system.

If any updates exist, they will be populated starting with the most recent. Each remark/note/comment includes the following:

• Creator
• Date/time created
• Message
