Deleting a ticket
Use the Delete Ticket option to void/delete an entire guest ticket.

Log in to the POS.

Open the active order.

From the ticket entry screen, tap Options > Delete ticket. The Delete ticket screen appears.
Note: For split checks you can delete each item individually, or tap All on One to combine the tickets.

Tap Yes to confirm deletion. Once the guest check is deleted the order information cannot be retrieved.

Obtain manager approval, if an override is necessary.
Note: If you do not have permission to delete the ticket, the below message appears letting you know you do not have sufficient permissions, followed by the supervisor's approval screen.

The supervisor enters their PIN and clicks Override to override the delete ticket permission.

Tap Cancel to close the supervisor's screen.
Overriding delete ticket limit
If maximum number of delete ticket limit is set, and when the limit is exceeded, a message appears on the POS screen informing about the delete ticket limit. A supervisor must override the limitation to continue and allow the employee to delete the ticket.
Note: If you have reached the delete ticket limit, the below message appears letting you know you do not have the sufficient permissions to delete the additional tickets, followed by the supervisor's approval screen.
The supervisor enters their PIN and clicks Override to allow the employee to delete the ticket.
