Preventing user role override
You can prevent the overriding of higher user role from the lower user role if an employee with multiple job codes logs in with lower job code. However, you can even perform the tasks of a higher job code function if configured in the back office.
For example, an employee with 'store manager' and 'cashier' user roles logs in as a cashier and not able to perform a job, a new user role permission allows a supervisor to override the restriction and provides access to higher job code functions, when needed.
Note: If you do not have permission to perform a job, the below message appears letting you know you do not have the sufficient permissions, followed by the supervisor's approval screen.

The supervisor enters their PIN and clicks Override to override the job permission.
-OR-
Tap Cancel to close the supervisor's screen and return to the ticket entry screen.
