You must create a category consisting of all menu items related to pizza. The pizza category controls the menu items that activate the Basic Pizza functionality. The pizza menu items with three modifiers groups are required to be in this category. For reporting purpose, and especially for priced toppings, we recommend to include the entire range of pizza items.

To create a pizza category:

• Select Maintenance > Menu > Categories.
  
• Type a name to identify the category. For example, 'Pizza.'
• Type a description to provide a more detailed description.
• Select the Items tab.
  
• Select an item from 'Available' and click >> to move it to 'Included.'
• Repeat Step 5 for each additional item for which you want to include in the Pizza category.
• Click Save and exit the Categories function.
