You offer a survey campaign that automatically prints a survey when a guest check totals $30.00 and an employee meal comp is not included on the check. Your guest rates their experience at your restaurant and provides an email address upon completion, which allows you to email a coupon to the guest for a free item.

To print a survey:

• Log in to the FOH.
• Start a new check.
• Add the items to the guest check, which totals over $30.00.
• Verify an employee meal comp is not on the guest check.
• When the guests are ready to leave, close the guest check.
  

A message in the form of a survey prints at the bottom of the guest check, letting the guest know if they complete the survey and provide a coupon validation code, they will receive $5.00 off their next meal.
