Editing an employee program

If you need to edit an Employee Program, follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to and select Programs in the left navigation pane.

  • Locate and click the Employee Program tile.

  • Find the employee program to edit within the table. This could be within the Active tab or Draft tab, depending on if your program is live.
  • Find and click the Actions bar within it.

  • Click Edit Program.
  • Edit the loyalty program, as needed. You can edit a variety of options, including adding/removing SKUs, changing the comp amount, changing the frequency, and more.
  • Save your changes. If your program is in draft, you can click Save as Draft or Update and Publish. If your program is active, click Update and Publish.
