Dashboards and reports under this module provide insights into a customer’s operational performance either at the enterprise level or at a store level. Operational analytics dashboards enable customers to view and be able to analyze operational performance for near real-time and historical reporting periods.

Default dashboards:

  • Field Service Request view by type, severity, location, age, and area of failure
