Access via Customer Portal
Operations 360 is secured and authenticated via our Customer Portal (Customer Portal). A user must be configured and profiled to use Operations 360.
Additionally, it is possible to set up Active Directory federation so that you can authenticate on your own network and not have to login again with the Customer Portal. This will allow easier access to Operations 360. This typically, only makes sense if there are enough users needing access to as there is configuration setup required by both parties for this to work.
