The Customer Notes report contains the customers personal or transactional-related information, such as hobbies, birthdays, or product preferences. The keyword search box help you to search customer notes with respect to the keyword.

To run the Customer Notes report:

• Select RESULTS > REPORTS and select the Customer Notes report from the Customers category on the left.
• To refine your search, select a date or date range.
• Optional: Enter a keyword.
• Click the refresh icon to refresh the report data.

This report shows you:

• Customer details, including name, email address, and phone number.
• Note creation date or last edited.
• The content of the customer note.
