You must select ‘Enable Tier Pricing’ in Aloha Cloud Back Office. Once enabled, the Loyalty Tier Pricing function appears for configuration.

To enable tier pricing:

• Select Customers > Loyalty Program. The Loyalty Program appears.
  
• Click the pencil icon next to ‘Clutch Loyalty API.’ The Create Loyalty Program screen appears.
• Under the ‘Optional Parameters’ group bar, select Enable Tier Pricing.
• Click Save.
• You can optionally click Update Tier Pricing to navigate to the ‘Menu > Loyalty Tier Pricing’ screen; otherwise, continue to the next procedure.
