Trackable Coupon
Trackable coupons have expiration dates and usage limits set at the group level.
NVL allows you to create a trackable coupon group that serves as a condition for promotions. Scanning these coupons during a retail transaction can trigger rewards for consumers.
Follow the steps to create and manage the trackable coupon groups:

From the dashboard, click on COUPON MANAGEMENT or click Coupon Management on the left navigation panel.

Search and click on the coupon group name to view the Coupon Group Summary.
Create Coupon Group

From the Coupon Management screen, click Create Coupon Group at the top right corner. A New Coupon Group screen appears:

Enter the coupon Group Name, Group Description (Optional), and select the Coupon Type as Trackable Coupon.

To limit the usage of coupon, enter the limit in the Maximum Uses field. This field accepts values ranging from 1 and 255.
Note: This is a global setting to all linked coupons within the group. The usage of each coupon added to the group will be limited to a maximum number of uses.

Choose the expiration type to apply to this coupon group.
If the expiry type is Offer End Date, the coupon will expire on the same day the promotion expires.
If you choose the Fixed Date and Time expiration type, the coupon, either used or unused, will expire at the specified date and time.
If you choose the Exact Period expiration type, select the appropriate period as shown in the visual reference provided:
If you select the Expiration X Months after End of Current Month, specify the number of months, including the current month:

Click Next.
You can add coupons to the group by either uploading a CSV file or entering the codes manually.

Click Import.CSV file to upload multiple coupons simultaneously. The number of coupon codes contained in the CSV will be displayed as follows:

To manually add coupon codes, simply enter the coupon code and click on Add Coupon. The added coupons are displayed as follows:
Note: To remove one or more coupons, select the corresponding checkbox. If you enter a manual coupon code, uploading a CSV file will not be permitted, even if the manual coupon code is removed.

Click Create Coupon Group. Once the coupon group is created, the message 'Successfully created coupon group' is displayed on the Coupon Management screen.
Edit Coupon Group

To modify a coupon group, search for the group name, and the coupon group appears.

Tap on Ellipsis and click Edit Coupon Group, or click on the Group Name and then Edit from the Coupon Group Summary.
Delete Coupon Group
Coupon groups that are not associated to any promotions can be deleted.

Navigate to the Coupon Management, tap on Ellipsis and click Delete Group. The confirmation message will appear as follows:

Click Delete. A message 'Succesfully deleted coupon group' is displayed on the Coupon Management screen.
Associate Coupon Group to the Promotion

For a promotion, go to the Actions & Rewards tab, select Trackable Coupon as an Action Type.
