Store Summary
Tap a store in the list of available stores on the executive view screen to access the Store Summary screen (Real Time, if using an iOS device). This screen contains tiles for key metrics monitored for your sites.
 | Tap anywhere in a tile with an arrow indicator to drill down for more details. For example, the Total NET SALES tile shows total net sales for the day, rounded to the nearest dollar. Click the tile to drill down and view the sales by hour, by category, or by order mode. |
 | If a scroll bar appears at the bottom of the screen, swipe left or right to view additional tiles. |
 | Long press on a tile to drag and rearrange or remove tiles. |
 | Tap the colored square on the bottom of a tile to change the color. |
 | Tap the check mark at the top of the screen to finalize any changes. |
 | Use the Action Button to reset tiles or add tiles back to the screen. |
Note: As you drill into the data on different tiles, text appears in colors to highlight certain transactions; orange for comps (labeled as discounts in Aloha Cloud Point of Sales and Back Office) and purple for promotions.
Tiles
| The Total NET SALES tile displays total net sales for all closed checks for the day. |
| The Guest CHECKS tile displays the number of closed checks. |
| The Guest CHECK AVERAGE tile displays the check average amount for all checks. |
| The Total LABOR tile displays labor dollars as a percent of total sales. |
| The Total PAYMENTS tile displays total payments collected in the restaurant. |
| The Sales FORECAST tile displays projected sales for the end of the current business day. |
 | The Employees CLOCKED IN tile displays total number of employees currently clocked in at the restaurant. |
 | The Total PROMOS tile displays the total amount of promotions applied at the restaurant. |
 | The Number of GUESTS tile displays the total number of guests served in the restaurant. |
 | The Total COMPS tile displays the total amount of discounts applied at the restaurant. |
 | The Total TIPS tile displays total amount of tips collected in the restaurant. |
 | The Item Sales Tracker tiles allow a user to add a custom tile to their view that tracks the sales of a specified item or items. |
