DO-3084: You can now disable the Guest Checkout Enable toggle option in Digital Ordering Portal > Company Settings > Checkout and Payments tab, and the Guest Checkout option does not appear on the ordering site.

DO-3090: A modal message that warns the consumer to not reload now appears after the payment iframe closes during the checkout process. The modal provides updates on the order submission status and automatically closes once the order is successfully submitted or an error occurs.

Fixed DO-3076: The delivery fee remains on the order when the consumer switches the order mode from delivery to pickup.

Fixed DO-3077: When an item is set as unavailable in the Point-of-Sale (POS), the text ‘Unavailable’ does not appear on items with associated images in Digital Ordering.

Fixed DO-3103: The modifier selection button is disabled in Digital Ordering for modifiers not selected by default.

Fixed DO-3117: Various string fields are missing in Digital Ordering Portal > Studio > Strings.

DO-993: You can now add more than one email address, separated by a semi-colon, in the 'Account Management Email Address' option in Company Settings.

DO-2261: You can now disable Pickup as a selection for the consumer with the ‘Display Pickup’ option in Company Settings > Ordering Settings > Store Locator Settings.

DO-2437: The Digital Ordering experience is improved with increased screen-reader voice-out coverage, desktop keyboard navigation, mobile device hand gesture navigation, and focus cue coverage. Visual H1 heading levels are also added to all pages.

Fixed DO-2022: The print receipt functionality on the Digital Ordering Loyalty Orders page does not function as expected.

DO-2260: The 'Address Required' option in Company Settings is now removed as it is not utilized in Digital Ordering.

DO-2262: The order mode options found in Studio > Settings are now moved to the Store Locator Settings section of the Company Settings function to improve navigation within the Digital Ordering portal.

DO-2372: Digital Ordering now logs failed login attempts in the Audit Logs function to comply with security requirements.

DO-2415, 2416: You can now display an earlier closing time on the online ordering website while still accepting online orders past the time. This allows the site to designate hours to leave the kitchen open for online orders and not give the impression the consumer can walk into the location to order after the displayed closing time. Access the Digital Ordering portal and edit the ‘Displayed Closing Times’ for each day on the Order Mode Settings tab in Site Settings > Sites. You cannot set the displayed closing time to occur after the closing pickup time.

DO-2418: Digital Ordering API users can now include the PromoID to improve the processing of promotional codes.

DO-2262: A message warning you not to do a reload now appears above the Connected Payments iframe to advise consumers not to refresh the page while processing a payment. “Please do not reload or close page while payment is processing” is the default text; however, you can change this using the ‘Recent Order Summary Connected Payment Header’ option in the Strings function or editing the text directly in Live Editor on the Digital Ordering portal.

Fixed DO-2347: When a consumer selects a tip amount and then edits the order before submission, the tip amount appears as $0.00.

Fixed DO-2401: When a consumer uses an iOS device to scan a dine-in QR code generated in the Digital Ordering portal, the correct page does not appear.

Fixed DO-2408: A consumer can select the Pay Now button for a curbside order without entering their vehicle information.

Fixed DO-2419: The ASAP button appears grayed out on the Digital Ordering website.

Fixed DO-2431: When using the accessibility tools to comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), the ‘Item added’ confirmation text is not audible when the consumer selects ‘Add to Cart.’

DO-1977: When consumers select Checkout as Guest and have an existing Loyalty account based on their email address and phone number, they must now sign in with their Clutch (Consumer Marketing) account.

DO-1996: Customers logging in to the Digital Ordering portal can now enable and disable ‘emergency close’ from the Sites menu. Additionally, the ‘Accepting Orders’ option is replaced with the ‘Emergency Close’ option.

DO-2228: Consumers using the Engage One Loyalty page on their own websites can now view order details on the Order History page retrieved from Aloha Loyalty. This includes orders completed for in store and above store.

DO-2248: Digital Ordering now honors the ‘StoreLocatorMaxReturnCount’ setting in Web Admin.

DO-2263: Store locator settings are now only editable from the default Company Settings.

DO-2343: A timeout message now appears to the consumer when the screen for entering payment information is left open longer than the number of minutes defined in Connected Payments. This prevents pre-authorizations from occurring when a payment is not completed.
