Field Service Request Management
Where do I see Field Service Requests?
Click on Field Service Request, and go on sub tab Filed Service Request
You can filter filed service type and period for the following widgets:
- Open By Type,
- Open By severity
- Count by Age
- Top Locations
You also have complete filed service requests list, and you can specify Service Request (SR) by choosing SR Number, device ID, City, Status, Severity On the list you can view and align in ascending/ descending order.
- SR Number
- Customer Reference
- SR Type
- Severity
- Create Date Time
- Last Update
- Status
- Estimated CE ETA
- Asset Model

Where do I see Area of Failure
Click on Service Request, and go on sub tab Area of Failure: You have the toggle SLM (Second Line Maintenance) or FLM (First Line Maintenance), and a filter for the period for which you would like to review. Widgets:
- Top Component Area of Failure Distribution
- Top N reports
- Area of Failure Breakdown
- Repair Breakdown
- Monthly Distribution
