Working with credit processor connection

With an Internet connection, the credit processor connection color status is green, which allows you to process credit card transactions. Without an Internet connection, the credit processor color status changes to yellow or red, depending on your offline credit configuration. Yellow indicates you are using offline credit, whereas red indicates offline credit is not available. This means you are not able to accept credit cards as payment.

Offline credit is a configuration in Aloha Cloud Back Office and there are no steps for you to initiate offline credit on a device when you lose an Internet connection. The system automatically reverts to offline credit status, if previously configured, and when the internet connection returns, the POS application returns to online credit status.
