Loyalty system allows you to duplicate any existing promotion and create a new one with ease. Here's how you can do it:

Copy from the Promotions Page

• Navigate to the Promotions screen.

• For any promotion, tap on Ellipsis and then click Copy Promotion.

  

  A New Promotion screen with the information from existing promotion is copied into the new promotion, except the Promotion Name and Start and End dates.

  

  Note: Once you configure the Details tab, other action tabs will enable.

• Configure the Details tab and then all the action tabs enables:

  

• After updating the information in other action tabs, go to the Confirm Details tab and click Create Promotion. A message Successfully created promotion is displayed.

Copy from the Promotion Summary

• Navigate to the Promotions screen and click on any Promotion Name to access the Promotion Summary.

• Tap on the Options dropdown and then Copy Promotion.
