A section on the transaction receipt that displays the summary of the discount received by the customer. Scorecards are four types:

• Discount Scorecard: Customer's discount during the transaction is summarized.
• Points Scorecard: Displays the summary of the customer's points balance, including points status, points earned, and points redeemed.
• Stored Value: Displays the summary of the customer's balance and savings that includes stored values earned and redeemed.
• Limits: Displays current standing of offers.

• On the left navigation panel, expand Admin and click Scorecards. The following screen appears:

  

• The Scorecards screen has Scorecard Name, Scorecard Type, Last Updated, Associations, Ellipsis to Edit, Delete, and Remove Default Scorecards, Filters, and Columns.

  • Scorecard Name: Name of the scorecard
  • Scorecard Type: Type of scorecard
  • Last Updated: The date when the scorecard was last updated
  • Associations: Number of promotions using the sorecard
  • Ellipsis: To edit, delete, and set the scorecard as default or viceversa
  • Filters: To filter the scorecard by it's Name, Type, and Last Updated
  • Columns: To adjust the column width and manage columns

• Click the icon to search for scorecards. Click the icon to customize, reorder, or adjust the columns. Click here to learn more.

• Click on the Scorecard Name to view the Scorecard Summary.

  

  The scorecard summary displays the details of the scorecard and the associated promotions.

Create Scorecard

To create a scorecard, follow these steps:

• From the Scorecards screen, click Create Scorecard on the top right. A New Scorecard screen appears:

  

• Select the Scorecard Type from the dropdown, and enter the Scorecard Name.

• To bold the scorecard line item text, select Yes.

  For 'Discount' and 'Points' scorecards, you can choose to display the total rewards within the scorecard, either at the top or bottom of the scorecard.

  

• Click Create Scorecard. A message Successfully created scorecard is displayed.

Update Scorecard

Update the scorecard in either of two ways:

• From the Scorecards screen, click on the Scorecard Name and then Edit Scorecard.

  

  or

• Tap on Ellipsis and click Edit Scorecard.

  !Note: You cannot modify the 'scorecard type' once created.

• Click Update Scorecard. A message Successfully updated scorecard is displayed.

Delete Scorecard

A scorecard associated to the promotion cannot be deleted.

From the Scorecards screen, tap on Ellipsis and click Delete Scorecard. A message Successfully deleted scorecard is displayed.

Default Scorecard

When you set a particular scorecard type as the default, so that the scorecard is auto selected when you configure a particular reward type.

From the Scorecards screen, tap on Ellipsis and click Set As Default. To remove as default, click Remove Default.
