Request Shelf Tag (save & print tag)
Sometimes you need to request a new shelf tag because the tag might be missing, damaged, or doesn't match the actual price. You can request a shelf tag from the Price Verification, Add Item, Edit Item, and Shelf Review features.
Requesting a shelf tag

From the Request Shelf Tag screen, select or deselect prices, then tap Request Shelf Tag. By default, all prices are selected.
📝 If requesting a shelf tag from price verification, select a price from the Price Verify screen.

Specify the number of labels needed in the Label Quantity field. By default, the label quantity is set to 1. You can adjust this number incrementally with the

and-
buttons, or you can input a number into the quantity field by tapping the field and activating the keyboard.📝 The label quantity must be an integer greater than 0 and less than 100. If it is set to an invalid number, you will see an error message requesting a valid input.

Select the print type using the dropdown menu. Dropdown options are provided by the retailer.

Select a label format. Dropdown options are provided by the retailer.

Tap Validate & Print.

The success notice displays: "Changes saved. Printing shelf tags." You will be brought back to the previous screen (Price Verify, Edit Item, Add Item).
📝 In the case of Shelf Review, you will be directed to scan the next item.
