About Support Admin
Use Settings & Privacy > Support Admin to configure support admin specific options, such as Product Mode and the In-Store Server. You must log in to a specific site/company view depending on the configuration required to access this function. However, only few user roles are able to access support admin functionality.

Support Admin provides access to the following functions (on the left):
Product Mode — Use to set the required product modes (operation and server) for your store. This function also allows you to configure options specific to the in-store server. You must log in to a specific site/company view depending on the configuration required to access this function.
