The Cashier Message Reward allows you to configure the message displayed at the point of sale (POS). When a promotion is triggered, the pre-configured message will appear on the POS screen, serving as a notification for the cashier.

• For a promotion, navigate to the Actions & Rewards section and select Cashier Message as the Reward Type.

• Select your preferred time for displaying the message from the Display Settings options.

  

• Enter your message in the text box. You also have the option to select a loyalty program, which will display the program balance alongside your message.

  

  Note: The message including the program balance should not exceed 30 characters.

  The message will preview as follows:

  

• To add an extra cashier message, click on + Add Additional Message.

• Use Trash icon to delete the message.

• Select the type of audio alert when a message appears:

  

  The alert types are as follows:

  • Do Not Play Audio Alert: The cashier message appears without an alert.
  • Play Audio Alert: The cashier message appears with an alert.
  • Play Audio Alert Until Acknowledged: The cashier message will continuously display with an alert until you acknowledge it.
  • Play Audio Alert for Set Period of Time: The cashier message will display with an alert for a duration ranging from a minimum of 1 second to a maximum of 5 seconds, depending on your selection.

• Click Save to configure the Cashier Message reward.
