Forecasting
With Kitchen selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Kitchen Configuration > Forecasting to access the Forecasting function. Use the Forecasting function to place minimum default amounts on the calculated bin quantities in cases where the quantity might be below the needed number to operate your business for the specific time interval. For example, if during the last four weeks of bin quantities, business was particularly slow and the calculated bin quantities will not meet the needs to accommodate your current week of business, you can set a minimum bin quantity and eliminate the need to continually adjust your quantities.
Note: This function is only for a 'Forecast' bin type. Refer to the Aloha Kitchen Forecast Bins Feature Focus Guide - HKS359 for more information on configuring and using a forecast bin.
