With Kitchen selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Kitchen Configuration > Task Info to access the Task Info function. Use the Task Info function to create recipes and instructional procedures for an item.

Task Info tab

Use the Task Info tab to define the name and item for which the task information is associated.

Group Bar: Settings

Name — Identifies the task info, up to 40 characters.

Item — Contains the item number associated with this task.

Steps tab

Use the Steps tab to build a recipe for the selected item.

Group Bar: Steps

Heading — Indicates the heading to use for the step. Click Add to add a new row, and then type the heading to use for the step. Required Options: You must also type the text to include for the step. Related Options: To associate an image with the step, select an image from the 'Image' drop-down list.

Text — Indicates the text to use for the step. Click Add to add a new row, and then type a heading to use for the step. Required Options: You must also type the text for the heading. Related Options: To associate an image with the step, select an image from the 'Image' drop-down list.

Image — Designates the bitmap image to associate with the step. Click Add to add a new row, and then type a heading to use for the step. Required Options: You must also type the text to include for the text. Related Options: To associate an image with the step, select an image from the 'Image' drop-down list.

Videos tab

Use the Videos tab to associate a media file with the task information.

Group Bar: Video

Heading — Specifies the file name of the media file.

Video — Specifies the video file to use for the task information.

Custom video file name — Specifies the location on the computer for media files that are greater than 15MB, which cannot be stored in the Aloha Kitchen\Video directory.
