With Kitchen selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Kitchen Configuration > Production Assembly Line > Production Line Groups. Use the Production Line Group function to group the production line ingredients with respect to the kitchen screen on which they appear. For example, if you want hot ingredients to appear on a 'Hot' kitchen screen, add your heated ingredients to a group; and if you want cold ingredients to appear on a 'Cold' kitchen screen, add your cold ingredients to another group. Assign the production line group to the appropriate screen in the Kitchen Screen function.

Group Bar: Identification

Name — Specifies the name of the production line group.

Group Bar: Ingredients

Select the production line ingredient from the 'Available' list and click >> to move it to the 'Included' list.
