With Kitchen selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Kitchen Configuration > Production Assembly Line > Production Line Special Instructions. Use the Production Line Special Instructions function to include predefined instructions to always appear with a production line base item. The special instruction appears below the base item at the top of the production assembly line screen. For example, you could specify extra sour cream for an ingredient associated with a base item.

Group Bar: Identification

Name — Specifies the name of the special instruction.

Text — Designates the text to appear for special instructions for items appearing on a production assembly line.

Select the item from the 'Available' list and click >> to move the item to the 'Included' list.
