-
ACP-416: Aloha Cloud now supports using Short Message Service (SMS) for sending a text message to consumers when their order is ready at the store. The POS system allows you to add the phone number that receives the order-ready (SMS) text notification. You can use the 'Text Guest' button on the Recall/Reprint screen to manually send the order notification, or automatically send the text message when the order is bumped from the KDS. Requires POS version: v6.11. For more information, refer to "Using company options," "Sending SMS Order Ready message," and "Using the kitchen display system."
