Silver Essentials

Understanding the online ordering flow

When you use online ordering with Silver Essentials you are able to reach more customers and better serve your current customers. Silver Essentials provides an application programming interface (API) for third-party online ordering systems to use for submitting orders to your host. Back Office manages the online orders by sending them to the Point-of-Sale (POS) application. When the online order arrives at the POS application, the system prints a chit with the order details.
