Club Member Hold Reason (TS only)
Select Maintenance > Club Membership > Club Member Hold Reason to define Club Member hold reasons.
Use this function to define hold reasons to use when member charging privileges are on hold for such things as, the account is on credit hold, the card is expired, or the customer is not found in the member database.
Member Hold Reason tab
Use the Member Hold Reason tab to easily determine the number and name used to uniquely identify the record. Valid entries are from 1 - 9.
Group Bar: Identification
Name — Identifies the member hold reason. The default value for Name is ‘Charge Hold.’
